Role Overview:

The Junior Product Manager will support the product team by assisting in the planning, development, and launch of new features and products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including development, design, marketing, and customer support—to ensure that our products meet market needs and align with our strategic objectives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product innovation, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to fast‑paced growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lightning Products.
  • Market Research: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Project Coordination: Support the development process by maintaining project timelines, documenting requirements, and tracking progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Help prepare presentations and product updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance metrics and assist in analyzing data to guide future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role (experience with no‑code platforms is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
